Hi,
So, i most of my friend is interested with altitude, they have try it using my account. They wanna play it using their own account but the problem is that the 3 demo hours is too short (thats what they said). Can you add +2 hours and make it 5 hours for demo account? Its like, the more you play the better you get the more addictive to them. I think 5 hours is enough time to make them addictive to the game and buy it. But its just my opinion. What you say?

All your base are belong to us!
Ahem....
Yeah, I don't see the harm in extending the demo another few hours. As long as it wasn't as abusable as before.

I actually agree here with bong. After 3 hours you may have gotton some levels a better ratio and the thought of buying it but really. At this moment i see alot of demos asking me: "wolf is this game really worth buying? Because i would really like to try it but i don't know if i know enough to buy it" i think a demo of 5-6 hours can give them almost a week of play time wich gives them a better sight at the game.

This might be pushing it. But I think let them get to level 60 then start time cap so they can play with every plane perk combo for a while instead of spending all their time trying to get to level 60 and being able to explore all the possible combos.

I'd even say something like 12-24 hours is pretty acceptable, or whatever amount of hours gets you to about level 30-40ish. The main problem (imo) with the demo before was abusers who played it for hundreds of hours. Then again, I don't know the average time spent playing Altitude for everyone, but I'm pretty sure it's above 12 hours?
Anyway I agree with this idea, 3 hours may be too short indeed.
edit: also, since this is somewhat related, can something be done about Guest? Go on http://tec27.com/altbouncer and search for "Guest_", there is something like 250 entries on that abuser alone.. pretty sick :(

I don't know if the demo conditions have been changed (i mean if they're still allowed to play only loopy and bomber) - but i'd suggested to open up all the plane limits for demos, so they can normally open all of the players and perks as payed players do - and let demo last 10 hours.

No. People will just make tons of accounts then once the first runs out.

well isn't it possible to bend accounts with IP numbers, so this would not be the case? Hasn't it actually been done yet? I mean earlier ppl've been playing for 100s of hours as demos and felt themselves totally fine with the tracker loopy.
I mean...if it is still really possible just to make another demo account now, where're those tons of demos?
