Community points problem page 1

Hey guys I have a little problem...when I go to the page how to earn Community points I go to the link altitude and facebook...and it says I will get 100 CP but I only got 10....I would like to know how to fix this so that I can get the skins...

Also im not mega moaning but 22 of my CP miraculously disappaered! How?

On the flip side i managed 2 skins with 130CP! Lol
