Can^t connect, and I cant figure it out page 1

Im having an issue that say i can't connect because of a firewall, thing is, I havent changed any settings in a jillion years, I have no firewall on my macbook, I have a wireless router, and I havent changed a setting on that in ages, and I've never had a problem before

I went to the main website and this is all I can get, is the servers down?

Strange, it looks like your having trouble connecting to the amazon cloud servers.

Try pinging update.altitudegame.com

You should see something similar to:
ping update.altitudegame.com
