It seems like every time I go to an Official Server (no max ping) people kick others because their ping is high. Doesn't that ruin the point of no max ping? I think this shouldn't happen; if you want to go to a server without any lag, then don't go to a no max ping server.

No max ping servers are typically there for the fact that sometimes people spike every once in awhile due to wireless or whatnot. It shouldn't be a consistent thing.
If someone is playing the game at 999 ping the entire game and teleporting all over the map killing people there is nothing anyone can do to stop that. It completely ruins the game. No max ping servers are, in my eyes, designed for people who have higher than average ping but whose ping does not ruin the game.
If a player is constantly spiking to 500+ ping - considering the way that targeting / damage is handled - it makes it so you can kill people before even appearing on their screen. How is that fair to anyone? How is that fun for anyone?
Simply put it's not. Hence why those people are kicked.
Edit: Note there are like 50 other threads with this exact same complaint. If you hit the search button you'll see "ping kicks" "rules for no max ping servers" etc.

Any type of lag that in any way impacts both my own and others games caused by another individual (I don't care what server hes/shes on) is a kickable offense in my book.
