Enable votes on Volleyball server page 1

It's impossible to play in the volleyball server. Some people don't read the rules and others (like the Sky-G noobs) read them and choose to ignore them. We need to be able to vote to kick these people.

Alternatively, the admin can ban all the players who refuse to play by the rules. I'm writing down all of them

I would also want to some people to be banned from that server after reading the rules and 1 hour of ignoring them RLLY is anoying and made alot of people leave pissed alot...
I would like a ban for this players (just from that server):

and many more but couldent get all names...

This server/game is useless unless the rules can be enforced. Every single session has players who constantly cheat. It could be a lot of fun if there were ways to enforce the rules.
