I killed a teammate with a homing missle, apparently if they hit a teammate they explode.

Known. Also bombs can kill teammates in the right conditions. It's funny, but not worth patching due to the sheer lulz factor and and rarity of it.

On a side note, Beagle ended my 22 streak today with a friendly missile. RAGE!! :P

It happens. If the missile's target dies while the missile in the air, it'll lock on to the nearest plane, friend or foe. Like Evan said, it's usually funny enough that it can be left alone.

Don't change it! It happens so infrequently and is so funny to watch that it should be kept just for that. It can only happen under the right conditions and takes a certain amount of skill to even evade it in the first place. I think it's great, and the only reason to change seems to be that it would stop all this whining on the forums... :/

I say keep it in the game, it's comical when it happens, especially when someone kills themselves with their own missile.
