I've used it with other games without a problem, but for some reason the only option I have in Alt is "No controller".
The gamepad shows up fine under Control Panel -> Game controllers.
EDIT: Okay, after closing and re-opening the game it's there. Maybe just doesn't show after the auto-restart?

Ya it was just a glitch in the way the update came out. The auto-restart immediately following the gamepad patch won't pick up controllers, after that everything should be fine.

Totally different game once you restart and use the controller. Gives us noobs a fighting chance against the regulars who have mastered the clunky original controls.

You seem pretty confident. My user name is same as forum name. Find me and play me if you think you'll "wipe the floor with me".
But, I am gunna try out the controller. SOnds cool. SHould I use a PS3 controller or a Real Time In Flight SImulator? That thing is used for a plane simulater game I have and i gotta say, it's super realistic.
