apologies for the lame question...

Playing on a sub level 25 FFA server. A player was in a bomber using missiles and mines.

I've used them before (yesterday) but they are no longer an option for me to choose when I edit the plane.

Color me confused.

It's not the bomber you're looking for, it's the Explodet. :) The red perks Director and Thermobarics each fire a missile and drop 3-4 mines. The red perk Remote Mine fires the director missile and drops one large mine that can be detonated.

However, that red perk is no longer available to me. I'm level 24 and have purchased the full version.

I remember some announcement about all the planes and perks being available to everyone from the 20-25th. As its now the 26th, that has expired and you will have to unlock the perks though levels.

no its everyone has access to the full version, not all the perks/planes
you still have to level up to unlock new perks/planes
