The ban command now forces you to specify a duration and time-unit (e.g 10 minute, 3 day, 1 forever = 20 years) along with a reason. Banned players will see the reason for the ban each time they try to join the server. It should now be much more effective to hand out short bans with descriptive reason fields to motivate improved behavior.

Very, Very nice.
hopefully that'll be a lot more effective and Alty will be around for those people to finish their 20 year bans =D
