Evan, Obviously you don't have all of the facts and it seems that you assume what spc wrote is the Gospel!!! Think about it Evan when most people vent their anger, they never fully admit what they did. Like I said in a new Thread I wont comment on the details, (which was being respectful to him)
but if spc would like for me to air his dirty laundry, here just a little info.
You know when you have a leader in a clan which is kinda like a head coach for the team, lets say you Evan are that head coach, and you call a specific play for the situation, would you not expect your quarterback to execute that play rather than do what he wants and then when you ask him about it and you ask him why didn't you follow what I said, and he replies well if I don't agree with it then I wont do it? I think that coach would tell that player to go run his own team, Huh sounds familiar huh, I just told two ex-team members that recently.
But Evan, you can always start your own clan and run it the way that you see fit and let your captains call the shots when they decide to, that is certainly what you can do, and no one can stop you.
Good luck keeping any order in a clan like that, but I still wish you the best.

hey sorry girl if i offended you :/. this isnt a complaint at all and neither was the other post. i actually did like Sky and all the members. i had fun :D .when the kick happened you never really ordered us to kick the player and it was actually you who also started to talk trash to the player which started a discussion. i also voted no when the player tried to kick you. it would have been different if i voted yes and you got kicked. i usually vote no on kicks anyways. remember you said "a clan isnt a dictatorship"? im very sure its not supposed to be. still thx for having me be in Sky for that time.
P.S. i always clean my laundry when the basket is full :P

I guess my basket was full, and you are correct, a clan is not a dictatorship, but leadership is a must, and when a leader calls for something, the members either agree or in your case disagree which is your prerogative, just as I have the right to lead the team in the direction that I feel is necessary. No hard feelings and I enjoyed you being in Sky also.
P.S. I did participate in the " trash talk " I also let it go for as long as I could and decided that enough was enough and the 12 year old needed to go trash talk somewhere else, but as the "Dictator as you say" I watched you support him by voting NO on the much warranted kick. Maybe he will invite you into his clan.

The fact that Sky has more captains/leaders/(whatever Lt is) than members makes me worry for this clan. I wouldn't say girl is retarded, YORK, but having more people in leadership positions than members certainly can't be a good thing.
But Flyguy and Rules? If you don't pick captains by skill or in-game attitude, then how? Did they just beg until you caved and let them display a capt tag?

Well York, you certainly have the right to your own opinion, and I apologize for not consulting with you on the decisions that I make in my own clan, but there are reason for what I did. Although I have no reason or obligation to offer the reason, I feel that I will, just for your information only.
#1. our clan is growing at an incredible rate.
#2. Any clan needs leadership.
#3. Not every Leader or (1 or 2) Captains can be on all of the time to make sure the clan abides by their own rules.
#4. 9 Authorities as you call them will more than likely be able to be on at different times to be able to monitor our players actions and insure that they follow the rules that they agreed to. ( for an example ) York your team as a whole is a great team, but a few of your player are extremely offensive and pick fights in almost every game that I have been a part of. This is what we want to avoid. If our Leadership is there, they can take care of it Immediately without someone else having to report it to us, and then it's not just a rumor.
# 5. As fast as we are getting players, our team will out number our leadership by far in the near future, we simply just planned ahead.
And Last but not Least- If you don't like our line up and they way that I or we do things, all you have to do is not visit this thread and you won't need to worry about it.
And P.S. Calling names is child like and obviously shows your age! So I will not feel the need to communicate with you anymore about this! I'm not sure who the Leader of $E is, but if any of my members or leaders posted a comment on any other Clans threads like you did, they would be gone immediately and I would find that leader and apologize to them for the actions of our kicked/past member.

You're right. York should kick himself from $E and then apologize to you.
But seriously, how large do you plan on Sky to get? As I said before, don't go down the path of SWN and WHB and let just about any one who seems decent in. It's going to be very hard to keep up your standing as a clan better than $E (according to evil, anyway) if you constantly lose scrims because people that aren't "aces" were playing in a scrim they had arranged on the spot. You have every right to run your clan anyway you like, but just some advice from past experience.

lol thanks, I had feeling that those numbers would be similar, but only asked to make a point in which you confirmed for me. I really don't think that he is wrong for his line up, but it wasn't a concern to me due to it not being my business. I appreciate the info anyway. :)

I never understood the obsession with ranks and titles in clans. Sometimes I think people start clans just so they can call themselves General or Captain or Commisar.
Take a look at fLb, ACE or Sammich and tell me how many Lieutenants they need to be the best clans in Altitude.

I'm not sure that organization through rank structure quite fits the term Obsession, but I can see your thought behind this. The one thing that is sure, is that you can try out for the clan of your choice, and if ranks structure is a problem, then choose a different clan. At least it sounds simple?:cool:

I'm not sure that organization through rank structure quite fits the term Obsession, but I can see your thought behind this. The one thing that is sure, is that you can try out for the clan of your choice, and if ranks structure is a problem, then choose a different clan. At least it sound simple?:cool:

It provides organization. Like for example, who is in charge, who are our new players, ect. The structure just got simplier so check it out on the first post here.

What I just love is your kicked players section. It's fantastic how u conveniently managed to give the reasons for kicking the players from your point of view. Let's all just take everything out of context so people feel sympathy for my clan and join. Evry single person who was kicked has a different reason other than your own-and make a new column for me-not kicked but quit. And I would like u to write the reason as "doughnut quit because I broke the terms to our agreement. Doughnut's last clan fell apart so I quickly wanted to grab someone who knew how to actually play (not like my usual recruit who can't fly and shoot at the same time). But he wasn't to keen on joining so I made a deal in which he was given a high status because he was being nice and offered to help regulate my the members to make the clan better. Now some one in the clan started to cry that dough had a better status than him. So because i do not know what to do when one of my members says something is a problem with my clan I will break down and screw everything up because I don't know how to handle this. So now that I have demoted every1 in my clan and have broken the agreement with dough, he has quit and I will post some crap to make him look bad for quitting my clan and to gain sympathy. And anyone who quits doesn't just get taken off the roster-I will announce to every1 why they are gone IN MY OPINION."

I think I just saw a Chris Crocker post. This news is surprising, and pretty upsetting. I didn't think that you guys would break up as a clan.

It is pretty upsetting to me also!! I am asking everyone to leave Sky, and if any ask to come back, then we may go from there. But the fault is totally mine, I made a few decisions that were mistakes and, I tried to fix them asap, but it was too late. I lost all of my best players today, so I'm sure you can see how easy it is to be frustrated.

Dang, your closing it down? although im out i still wanted to see it prosper. anyway, i might be joining IL now, I will see how that works out.
And stuff like this is gonna happen, and the mistakes u made (whatever they were) are learning experiences and help you in the future. An i read ur latest post about maybe stopping playing alti? dont do it-i have had that before but then i started playing in a clan in whicih i was not a high rank and this relieved me of stress. try it-being the head of a clan can be very frustrating/stressful. If this was ur first clan then wow, thats good, cus u went really far. KEEP PLAYING KEEP PLAYING THE POWER OF DOUGHNUT FORCES YOU TO.

Well this is it, I am making my final post!! I have notified all of the members on this thread that Sky is Officially done. I haven't seen Ghost in so long Im not sure that he is even playing anymore.
Ghost and I were co-founders of Sky and the fact that he has been M.I.A. I have made the decisions because I couldn't reach him. In the event that Ghost returns and wants to re start Sky, he has my blessings!!! Any others that use the clan tag {Sky} without Ghost's permission, are considered fake and not authorized, and hopefully out of respect for Ghost and I no one will accept any fakes.
Thanks for the fun times and I will miss you all!!!!

Since you guys are starting over I'm going to close this clan thread and let you guys use the new one instead.
