i buy the game 3h ago
i playerd like half hour whit no problem
i came back home and now i got this problem...
what can i do?
and i buy it from steam.

ya i did play an action game from my home
i have no idea what you gave me but i did the last part

i cheak and from 7am to 4 pm some thining like that the game do worke!

If your connection is only working some of the time it's probably a local ISP issue. You may want to call your ISP and ask them why you are having trouble connecting to our master server in Chicago (USA). Alternatively you can try accessing Altitude from a different internet connection, e.g. a neighbor's wireless.

Not a very pleasant way to put it, but where are you playing from?
Did the previous guide get you to forward ports? Did you do that and test them?
Have you tried using other ports and opening them?
