Unable to connect page 1

I have allowed Altitude through my firewall but everytime I try to play the game or just create an account I get the message "unable to connect to user creation server. Please try again in 5 minutes"

I am utterly stuck.

I don't understand "port forwarding" and I don't have the user name and password to get into the router settings to look at port forwarding. Is this likly the problem?

email your log files to support@nimblygames.com so we can get a better idea of what's going on.

When you email us tell us the description of what's going on so we don't confuse it with other bug reports.
