Updating servers crashes my connection page 1

Hi,
First of all, I couldn't send a bug report because this is a network issue, so it doesn't work...
Second, I have the ports open. I passed a test on port UDP 27272 and it is OK.

This is a strange bug that not always appears, but it does a lot of times.
1) I start the game, and log in because I said to remind. Ok, it connects, and all OK.
2) I go to the "play online" tab. The server list refresh.
3) CRASH! My internet connection takes a break. Not only the game, also the browser doesn't work. This usually takes about 30 seconds up to a minute.
4) Then, in a 90% chance, if I refresh the server list it happens again. But now sometimes only affect to the game, you can use the browser (but it goes slooooow). But if you try to go into any server, it is wainting forever.

Also I took a look on the logs, and sometimes this is what they said:

Also, if I refresh the lists, and try to wait until it starts, it says an error of connection lost (ind I need to log in again).

¿Any ideas? I think this is a really big problem, because I can only play the 10% of times I want it.

This is really strange. Please email your Altitude log files to support@nimblygames.com

Log files are located in C:\Program Files\Altitude\log
