Game freezes with a black screen on startup page 1

Altitude freezes on startup when I try to load the game. I purchased the game through steam.

I tried updating my graphics drivers.
I tried reinstalling through steam.
I tried installing through the stand-alone installer.
I tried the nvidida driver tweaks suggested by users on the forums.

There is no error dialogue that pops up and I am at a loss as to what to do.I cannot include the required system information below because your forum does not support uploading the files as requested in the readfirst post. It says that the log files aren't in a support format and that the mysysteminfo file is too big. I have included the launch and altitude files below as text but the mysysteminfo is too big for the post so I can't include it. Please help, and fix the file submitting on your forum to allow help requests to be submitted as you request them.
