I bought "altitude" today and I have the receipt but i have a several problem:

when i put my keynumber, i was in another account and then I cant entry in the game, because i dont know the password of the email
of the previous gamer.

what can i do?

Do you mean you have two demo accounts but you put the key in the account you didn't want to activate?
