I'm not quite sure how to use reverse on 'randa. Any quick tips?

Just don't? lol, reverse doesn't really work on any plane except biplane, sure you can play it but you don't really gain anything.

Reverse Miranda with Rubber Hull is known as the Bat Trapped Indoors Plane. Hold the down arrow and EITHER left or right arrow, and watch as you flop around bumping into things. It is very hard to aim at the BTIP, and very amusing to watch.

It seems like someone doesn't know about the Sky Fortress of Terror. Equip reverse on your flak-tailgun bomber, and do not use primary fire. Fly backwards and use your SFOT to destroy all opponents.

Edit: Seriously though, reverse allows you to just hang out somewhere high up. Pick a perch and then snipe down at people coming out of choke points or battling below. Then flop around bumping into things.

Don't waste perks!
There must be a way to use reverse to maximise deathage. And I will keep practising until I have found it.

It's a miranda. You should still be able to tear apart their whole team with it with or without reverse. >.>

OMG I started doing that last night, flying backwards and using the flak tailgun, it is immense fun.

One maint rick with reverse randa, the warp reverse. If you are in a situation where you want to get away quickly or want to confuse them witht he length of your warp, start warping, halfway use reverse.

I actually saw this mentioned in the other thread and tried it, was pretty weird :D

Using reverse thrust with the Miranda plane is one hard thing to learn.

Reverse Time Anchor is my preffered setup when I foray into the Miranda - it gives you excellent positioning. You can hide behind a rock, snipe, anchor back, repeat, and if anyone comes for you, immediately anchor out followed by immediate reverse.

Reverse also provides the Miranda with thrusters, which means long vertical climbs won't be as painful as they are with the warp mechanism.

The last bonus I've noticed and enjoyed is that time anchor allows you to go absoloutely crazy with your reverse maneuvers, because when you hit Time Anchor or even the normal Reverse function of the Miranda you'll cancel out your momentum, meaning you can, for example, hurtle yourself straight downwards as an evasive dive and then trick out right at the bottom very easily.

Anything reverse is kinda free kill.

Yeah I'd have to say that reverse miranda is really hard to get the grasp of because you swing a lot wider than you do with other planes.

I prefer to use Time Anchor and Reverse Thrust so if it gets to the point I nearly slam into something or have a good shot at someone (as they turn to shoot me) I can pop up where I was a split second before - away from the wall and behind the person i can then snipe.

So much for me and my demo loopy XD
